In the off chance that you’re not satisfied with a product delivered to you, you can provide us with your Name, Order ID, Grievance and Contact No at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of Receipt of Order . Our executives will reach back to you within 1 working day of the E-Mail being received.
Once your Request is processed by our customer care executives, you will receive a Shipping label via E-Mail, which you must print and attach on the Return Package*.
A Pick Up will be scheduled at your doorsteps at a time of your choosing. Just hand the package over to our executive.
Returned/Replaced product will have a additional Shipping charge depending on your location.
*- In case of any return, the Tag and Packaging of the product must stay intact. Products with Overly Damaged Packaging, and Torn or Removed Tags will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund will be provided in one of the following ways at the option of the Customer:
- Bank Transfer as per details provided by the Customer.
- INR 150 will be deducted from the order amount for Shipping Charges in case of Pre-Paid Orders
- INR 200 will be deducted from the order amount for Shipping Charges and COD Charges in case of COD Orders
- An OTU (One Time Use) Coupon will be added to the customer’s bag automatically for the Total Order Amount.
